Hello!

I have carefully studied the technical assignment and am ready to take on this project. The tasks are interesting, and I have the necessary experience to implement them (from setting up virtualization and HA clusters to AD, Veeam, and monitoring systems).

I have a proposal to optimize the workflow. I see that Task 1 requires physical presence (server installation, rack mounting, basic cable management). Honestly, I would prefer to complete this project as remotely as possible.

I suggest the following collaboration format:

1. Physical (hardware) part: Someone from your local specialists, system administrators, or technicians ("smart hands") takes care of unpacking, installing servers in the rack, connecting power, network cables, and SAN wires, as well as providing me with remote access to the management ports (e.g., iDRAC / iLO).
2. Software and infrastructure part: Once I gain remote access, I will take full responsibility for everything else: configuring hypervisors, clusters, networks, deploying Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPO), backups, monitoring, as well as migrating systems and writing all documentation.

This approach will save time and eliminate additional costs for my business trips (tickets, accommodation).

If this option is absolutely impossible and you need me to come and perform the physical installation of the equipment from scratch, I am willing to accommodate and come on-site. However, the hybrid format (my remote setup + your "hands" on-site) is much more preferable for me.

Please let me know if it is possible to organize work according to the first, hybrid scenario. I would be happy to discuss the details.
