По многим задачам есть готовые описания решений в wiki компании, вы также будете ее развивать.
Оплата 30000 руб в месяц, расчет раз в неделю, контроль времени по трекеру.

Задачи разного уровня сложности.
Первый этап - доработка внешнего вида сайтов. Создание адаптивных версий под разные девайсы. Здесь требуется умение верстать.
Второй этап - работа над задачами по ускорению сайтов, кэшированию и сжатию файлов.
Третий этап - работа над более узкими и сложными задачами. Создание калькуляторов, работа с плагинами.
Используются разные cms: wp, bitrix, самомописные. Поэтому от вас нужен опыт работы с широким спектром cms.
Команда специалистов уже сформирована, поэтому есть у кого спросить что и как делать.
