Web Project Manager
We are looking for a Project/Product Manager for long-term collaboration (full-time, remote). We are not just looking for someone to execute a single task, but a partner who will take full responsibility for managing our digital platform.
Job essence: Creation and maintenance of a managed, stable, and scalable digital platform (website + integrations + process automation).
Your monthly tasks (cyclical and project-based):
Technical control: Monitoring the speed, stability, and load of the website. Absence of critical failures.
Content management and SEO: Overseeing the work of content managers, auditing the SEO structure of the website. Content must be published systematically, without accumulating "tails".
Working with contractors: Setting tasks for freelancers/developers, forming technical specifications, strict control of deadlines and quality. You independently accept the results of the work.
Automation: Analyzing manual processes (CRM, payments, analytics) and initiating automations. Bringing technical solutions from idea to implementation.
Important nuance of our corporate culture: You are responsible for the final technical result. We prohibit shifting responsibility to contractors and involving specialists without clear criteria for evaluating their work.
Collaboration conditions (budget indicated for 1 month of work):
Fixed rate: 30,000 UAH.
Bonus part (KPI): 25,000 UAH for successfully completed tasks and achieving key performance indicators of the websites.
In total, up to 55,000 UAH per month.
To start the collaboration, we will conduct an interview and possibly give a small test task. The job involves constant daily contact during working hours.
In your rates, please start your message with the words "Ready to manage the platform" and briefly describe your experience in managing similar projects.

3366 47 2 Hello! I am interested in your vacancy as it perfectly matches my experience. I am not a classical "humanitarian" manager, but an active Full-Stack developer / Technical Lead who has transitioned into project management.
Why this is important for you:
1. Strict control of contractors: Since I write code myself, set up servers (VPS, Docker), and integrate APIs (CRM, payment systems), no freelancer will be able to "pull the wool over my eyes" by saying "this is impossible" or "this will take a week" (when the work actually takes 2 hours). I conduct Code Reviews myself and accept the results.
2. Technical monitoring: I understand how caching (Redis/Memcached), database optimization, and PageSpeed work. If the site goes down — I know where to look for the problem in the logs, rather than just writing to the hosting support.
3. Automation: I have extensive experience in setting up connections (n8n, Make) and developing custom integrations. I see bottlenecks in business processes and propose technical solutions (automation of requests, CRM, newsletters).
4. Responsibility: I fully share your approach of "taking responsibility for the final result." I am used to closing projects "turnkey," managing both the backend and the frontend.
… I have experience managing distributed teams (developers, SEO specialists, content managers). The working conditions (full-time, fixed + KPI) suit me.
I am ready to complete a test task and discuss the details in an interview.
