We search somebody to make 2 Woocommerce websites.
We have to make first one of them (classic e-shop) with payment (French bank), then after filling this first website with products, make a copy of this one and change Graphic Design for the second (and make on module more).
We have the to 2 graphic Design allready made on Figma.
So, we search somebody to install WP and WooCommerce, make configuration of the modules, make HTML/CSS for integration.

I would like to suggest two options.
The first one, according to what you have specified, provides for a layout based on your layouts with code, HTML/CSS, and Java and other as needed, and then integrating the layout into WordPress - Woocommerce. I guess there is no need to talk about what the result will be in terms of site loading speed and other technical aspects. I will only note that this option will be more expensive, will take more time, and will be less convenient in case of the need for editing in the future.
The second option - to use the top template Astra https://wpastra.com/ - a very light, clean, fast template, free of “growth diseases” (about 2 million sites on the Web), and within the capabilities of this template to use one of the three possible builders that are offered there.
In my practice, even sites built on this template using the builder Elementor, when placed on quality hosting, and free plugin Light Speed with “recommended” settings package, immediately appeared in the “green zone” pagespeed Google, both desktop and mobile versions.
The second solution will be only slightly inferior to custom code layout. But it will be much cheaper, faster, easier to edit and modernize the design over time.
… There is no need to buy the Astra templat - I have a full license with no restrictions, lifetime.
