Structure (4 languages: RU/EN/DE/UA)
Main (hero block "About Me" + booking widget on the first screen).
Sections-pages (matching the blocks on the main) — 4 pcs.
Additional pages: About Me, Training, Location of objects, Prices, FAQ (short), Privacy Policy / cookies, Impressum, 404.
Language versions of all pages; language switcher in the header.
Functionality
Amelia Booking:
Locations = object (address, district, map).
Services = types of services.
Prices tied to location: variations/pricing rules per object.
PayPal payment (online until confirmation and after booking — Amelia triggers).
Choice of preferred communication channel (e-mail or WhatsApp) — custom field in the form.
Auto-notifications: booking confirmation, reminders, status change.
E-mail:
Incoming to gmail.com. Outgoing from the domain (for example, info@domain), via SMTP with SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
In Amelia "From" = domain e-mail; Reply-To = your Gmail.
YouTube integration: in the main blocks 2 CTAs — "Read" (to the page) and "Watch playlist" (link to YouTube).
Multilingualism: WPML or Polylang (all template strings of the theme/plugins are subject to translation).
SEO base: hreflang for 4 languages, sitemap, robots.txt, OpenGraph/Twitter Cards, Schema (Person/LocalBusiness/FAQ).
Analytics: GA4 + events (click CTA, opening booking widget, successful booking, transition to YouTube, payment).
Design / UX
Theme: Avada + Life Coach as a basis.
Main, first screen: short "About Me" (photo, 2–3 facts) + Amelia booking widget (or "Sign Up" button scrolling to the embedded widget).
Section-blocks (2 per screen, total 4. (1366×768 and mobile 360×740)):
Cards with a title, short description (2–3 lines), buttons: "Read" and "Watch playlist".
Header/footer: logo, menu, language switcher; in the footer — contacts, quick links, social media, policy, Impressum.
Disabling unnecessary (optimization of Avada/WordPress)
In Avada disable unused: icon sets, effects, lightboxes, carousels, social media widgets, fonts — if not needed.
Remove demo content/templates, disable unused Fusion elements.
Disable unnecessary plugins.
Connect only needed Google Fonts (or locally).
Tech and hosting
Hostpro.ua: WordPress (PHP 8.1+), HTTPS (Let’s Encrypt), HTTP/2, GZIP/Brotli.
SMTP: Post SMTP or similar, connection to domain mailbox (Hostpro) — for outgoing mail of the site/Amelia.
Cache/optimization: object cache (if available), caching plugin, critical CSS, lazy-load.
Security: auto-updates of minor versions, backups (daily), limit login attempts.
Plugins (minimally necessary)
Amelia (Booking + PayPal).
WPML/Polylang (+ String Translation).
Rank Math Free + WPML SEO.
Cache/optimization, Post SMTP, Cookie Consent.
In case of successful implementation, another project (similar) / WordPress / Avada will be offered.

WordPress / AvadaPleasant communication, the deadline for the work was set at 5 days. It was postponed 4 times. Due to the illness of the performer and the delay of the "final" (previously agreed) deadline, we were forced, by mutual agreement of the parties, to terminate the collaboration.
