The website tir.lv is a fully operational, technologically advanced, and consistently functioning project built on WordPress + Elementor + WooCommerce with an already implemented content structure, SEO optimization (Yoast SEO Premium), e-commerce functionality, analytics, and integrations (GA4, GTM, Cloudflare, Fluent Forms, etc.).
This technical assignment is not aimed at fixing critical errors or "starting from scratch", but exclusively at targeted performance improvements, implementing modern approaches, and automating processes so that the site meets the most current standards of UX/UI, SEO, and e-commerce.
The contractor must understand that they are working with a high-quality and actively developing project, and all interventions must be as careful, justified, and tested as possible, without risking the current state of the site and its SEO potential.
1. Optimize the loading speed of the site tir.lv to ≤1.5 seconds (ideal — 1 second) on desktop and mobile without losing visual and functional quality, improve FCP, LCP, TTFB, using Perfmatters, caching, lazy load, defer/delay JS, preload, local fonts, and image optimization.
The improvement should be felt in practice and confirmed by metrics.
2. Implement automated product uploads in WooCommerce from at least 3 suppliers (via API/XML) of 5000-10000 units, with support for stock updates and loading new items, check the checkout process and, if necessary, refine/optimize the invoice and proforma, improving their appearance and structure.
All work must be carried out without compromising current SEO (Yoast, heading structure, Schema, URL, meta-data) and without disrupting the functionality of the site (WooCommerce, Elementor, forms, integrations).
