WordPress / WooCommerce - preparing a product page template for air conditioners

I am looking for someone who can help me prepare a permanent, reusable product page template in WooCommerce.

I run a company that installs air conditioning systems. On my website, I have products such as split air conditioners. I want the product pages to look more professional and sales-oriented, not like a standard catalog-style WooCommerce description.

After a few hours, I managed to create a more attractive description for this air conditioner, but doing this manually for every product takes too much time. I want to start preparing content for the next models, but I need a permanent template so that I do not have to build everything from scratch.

Project goal

I want the fixed sections on product pages to be prepared once as a template, so that for future products I would only replace the text, parameters, model name, video, FAQ and other data.

I want the sections on every product page to look visually identical:

• the same layout
• the same spacing
• the same colors
• the same type of tiles/cards
• consistent buttons
• the same description width
• proper appearance on desktop and mobile

The content for each air conditioner will be different and I will prepare it myself. I need the contractor to handle the technical and visual side of the template.

Sections I would like to have as a fixed layout

The product page should include the following sections:

• short product introduction
• CTA bar with phone number
• tiles/cards with the main benefits, for example: “Why choose Gree Airy Champagne - 5 main benefits”
• section “For what rooms?”
• section “Key parameters in brief” - welcome, but not absolutely required
• section “What makes this series/model stand out?”
• place for a YouTube video, photo gallery or both
• section “Air conditioning installation with StrefaKlimy.pl”
• field encouraging users to view the photo gallery of our completed projects
• FAQ - “Frequently asked questions”
• final CTA

Installation section

In the installation section, I would like a fixed layout of 6 tiles/cards:

1. Indoor unit location

2. Installation route

3. Condensate drainage

4. Outdoor unit

5. Power supply and protection

6. Finishing aesthetics

On desktop, the best layout would be 3 x 2.
On mobile, the tiles should stack one below another.

Technical problems to solve

1. Product description width and centering

Currently, the product description is quite narrow and leaves a lot of empty space on the right side.

I would like it to be displayed similarly to the Aero7 page:

This means the entire description should be centered, with a similar amount of white space on the left and right side. The product page should look calm, professional and should not give the impression that the content is “escaping” to one side.

2. YouTube video in the product description

The YouTube video does not display correctly in the product description. For the test air conditioner, this is the video:

It needs to be checked how to best embed the video in the current theme and WooCommerce so that it works properly on desktop and mobile. This can be iframe, oEmbed, shortcode, WordPress block or another safe solution.

3. CTA text color

In some CTA fields, part of the text takes a color similar to the background, which makes it unreadable. This needs to be organized in the template so that text in buttons and dark fields is always readable.

4. Font size and consistency

The font sizes in the template also need to be defined so that they are consistent with the whole website. Product descriptions should not look like a separate, randomly pasted module.

The point is that headings, paragraphs, lists, tiles/cards, FAQ and CTA should use fonts consistent with the current website style. The text must be readable, but not too large and not too small. Matching font sizes on desktop and mobile is especially important.

What I expect from the contractor

I am looking for someone who can actually work with WordPress, WooCommerce and CSS. This is not about manually pasting a one-time description, but about preparing a reusable solution.

The contractor should:

• check the current theme and WooCommerce layout
• propose the best way to implement the template
• improve the width and centering of the product description
• prepare a reusable section layout
• solve the YouTube video problem
• take care of desktop and mobile appearance
• not break other products or the website layout
• briefly describe how to replace content for future products

What I am not looking for

I am not looking for someone who:

• will only paste HTML into one product
• will do everything manually for every product
• does not know WooCommerce
• will not check the mobile version
• works with a “I will try, maybe it works” approach

I need someone who understands WordPress, WooCommerce, CSS and can prepare a sensible product page template.

I care about a concrete answer, not a general “I will do it professionally”. I want to know how you would technically approach the topic and whether you are able to prepare a solution that can later be reused for future products.
