Video Editor for Gaming Channel (YouTube & TikTok) — Long-term

I am looking for a person who will watch my streams and edit videos from the available materials. Start — can be immediate.

I am categorically against any artificial boosting of views, likes, or subscribers on any platform.
Please do not use services for artificial audience growth.

About Streams and Content

• Streams: 2–4 hours a day.

• From this, you need to edit:

  • YouTube (Long): 1 video 7–14 min.

  • YouTube Shorts: 2 videos of 10–30 sec.

• Format — various: funny, skillful, emotional, the main thing is to evoke emotion (laughter, surprise, admiration, "tilt," etc.).

Editor Tasks

• Watch the stream, select the best moments and build a story.

• Editing, basic color correction, sound cleaning, SFX/music (without copyright infringement).

• Design titles/subtitles (if needed), light meme inserts/text prompts.

• Prepare final files for platforms.

Technical Requirements

• YouTube Long: 1920×1080, 30/60 fps, h.264/mp4; volume ~-14 LUFS (preferably).

• Shorts/TikTok: 1080×1920 (9:16), 30/60 fps, up to 30 sec.

• Clean transitions, readable titles, balanced volume, no watermarks.

Payment

• Fixed: 9,000 UAH / month.

• Payments: weekly.

• Rate increase possible if the editing is interesting and relevant.

Bonuses for Results

TikTok / YouTube Shorts:

• 100,000+ views — 300 UAH

• 500,000+ views — 1,500 UAH

YouTube (Long):

• 10,000+ views — 1,500 UAH
