Lawyer (e-commerce, international markets)
Main tasks:
- Search and analysis of court cases in the USA in the field of e-commerce, identification of risks, and preparation of recommendations for the business (key part of the work).
- Formation of internal materials/technical specifications to avoid legal complaints in the future.
- Assistance in the registration of trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs (if necessary).
- Preparation of documents and submission of complaints to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other platforms (regarding trademarks and images).
- Management of corporate document flow and interaction with contractors, patent offices, and registrars.
Requirements:
- Experience working with court case databases (USA - will be an advantage);
- Understanding of e-commerce, particularly brand protection on marketplaces;
- Systematic approach, attention to detail, endurance in routine work;
- English at B2+ level
