Загрузка реестров в mysql
11 USDНеобходимо написать приложение на (предпочтительно на php) который будет запускаться по cron, скачивать реестр юрлиц и частных предпринимателей с сайта http://data.gov.ua/passport/73cfe78e-89ef-4f06-b3ab-eb5f16aea237 и загружать его в mysql базу данных.
Скрипт будет запускаться ежедневно, и грузить в db не все данные, а только те которые изменились с сохранением истории изменений. Пример: в db есть набор данных X по ООО "XYZ", при очередной загрузке реестра данные по этому OOO изменились (набор данных X2) соответственно необходимо сохранить набор данны X1 и набор X2 с указанием даты обновления
