Protection against chat bots in social networks

My name is Alesya, and I am looking for a specialist who can help set up a tool for automated cleaning of my Instagram account from bots — not manually, but through a program that works automatically.

What exactly I need:

1. Protection against chat-bots, bot subscriptions, and “bad” comments on my account.

2. The program should be inexpensive — preferably up to $20 (or the equivalent in hryvnias).

3. I need to be provided with this program (so I can download it) + help with the connection.

4. Teach me how to use this program: set up filters, rules, so that “bots” are deleted or blocked automatically.

What I expect from the freelancer:
