Propose an algorithm for the chatbot's operation in Telegram.

The chatbot in Telegram is designed for editing/changing the array of prices on the website in the Personal Account.  That is, there is a website where the purchasing prices of the company for agricultural products are published in many regions of Ukraine. Prices on the website are changed in the Personal Account in a table. The display of the company's prices for users is also in the form of a table. 

If we approach the issue of changing prices in the chatbot (without referring to the website) in a standard way, then, for example, if the company has 2 types of agricultural products and 6 regions of purchase - this results in 12 numbers (prices). If we edit 1 price at a time, the process of editing the entire array of numbers will take a very long time. That is, the bot offers the user to choose one of the crops, then choose a region, and only after that can they change only 1 price. 

Propose a method by which the user, when entering the bot 
1. sees the array of numbers they currently have (old prices) in a convenient form.  The difficulty is that it is quite hard to present numbers to the user not in the form of a table, so that they are perceived clearly and understandably (in the screenshot is one of such purchasing tables)

2. So that the user can change immediately, if not all prices, then at least a certain number. For example, if the company has 3-4 crops for purchase and 6 regions, then by offering to choose a crop - provide the opportunity to change prices in all 6 regions at once.


I fully understand that this project is not a ready-made bot, so it may not be interesting to some. The point is that if the method proposed by the developer suits us, then all the necessary information for editing and output in the bot will be provided later.
