Task Description
We are a Ukrainian manufacturer of frameless furniture. We are looking for a specialist in Meta Ads to effectively launch advertising for one product — a frameless transformer sofa.
The average check is about 17,000 UAH.
The campaign for this product needs to be built from scratch. In case of a successful launch, we are ready to continue cooperation and scale advertising for other products.
About the Product
The frameless sofa consists of furniture foam and removable fabric covers. It has no wooden or metal frame, springs, or complex mechanisms.
Main advantages:
- the sofa is lighter than classic framed models;
- it can be easily moved around the room;
- it's convenient to clean under the sofa;
- the outer covers are removable for washing or replacement;
- there are no springs or mechanisms that can creak, jam, or break;
- there are no hard corners or structural elements;
- the sofa transforms into a full-fledged sleeping place;
- various sizes, fabrics, and colors are available.
For the launch, 8 high-quality video creatives have been prepared. Creating and editing new creatives is not part of the task.
What Needs to Be Done
- Analyze the product, landing page, and prepared videos.
- Propose a strategy for launching Meta Ads.
- Identify target audiences, advertising messages, and campaign structure.
- Launch a new campaign from scratch in our existing advertising account.
- Prepare main texts, headlines, and descriptions for ads.
- Organize testing of prepared videos, audiences, advertising messages, and campaign formats.
- Analyze results and regularly optimize advertising.
- Redistribute the budget among the most effective campaigns and ads.
- Provide recommendations for improving the landing page.
- Propose your vision of the funnel: website, Direct, messengers, or a combined option.
The advertising account, Meta Pixel, events, and main technical infrastructure are already set up. The account has accumulated data from previous e-commerce campaigns.
A separate technical audit is not a core part of the task, but the performer should report if they see errors in analytics or event tracking.
Geography and Budget
- Geography: all of Ukraine.
- Initial advertising budget: $500–1000.
- Work is performed in our existing advertising account through partner access.
- Start of work — immediately after selecting the performer.
Target Indicators
The main KPI is the share of advertising costs up to 20% of the total orders placed on the website.
With an average check of 17,000 UAH, the estimated target cost of a placed order is up to 3,400 UAH.
We expect not promises of guaranteed results, but systematic work:
- testing hypotheses;
- transparent analytics;
- justified changes in campaigns;
- finding working audiences and advertising messages;
- gradual achievement of target indicators.
Collaboration Format
A campaign launch and further optimization are needed.
In your proposal, please indicate:
- the cost of work;
- what period of management and optimization is included in this cost;
- the proposed launch plan;
- estimated stages of work;
- what results you think can realistically be achieved with a budget of $500–1000;
- what funnel you recommend for such a product.
In case of a successful launch, we consider long-term cooperation and scaling advertising for other models of frameless furniture.
Reporting
Once a week, we expect a short structured report:
- budget spent;
- number and amount of orders placed;
- cost of one order;
- share of advertising costs;
- results of individual videos and advertising messages;
- tested hypotheses;
- which campaigns or ads were turned off or scaled;
- work plan for the next week.
Significant problems, changes, or the need for decision-making should be reported immediately.
Requirements for the Performer
Practical experience in launching and managing e-commerce advertising in Meta Ads is mandatory.
In your response, send 2–3 relevant cases and indicate:
- product or niche;
- average check;
- advertising budget;
- cost of order;
- ROAS or share of advertising costs;
- period in which results were achieved;
- your personal role in the project.
Also briefly describe how you would approach launching advertising for a frameless sofa with an average check of 17,000 UAH and eight prepared video creatives.
