Вы хороший заказчик, но эта задача плохо описана, особенно 1й пункт, где можно предположить все что угодно, хотя скорее всего, там ничего сложного. Поэтому мало ставок. Я бы поучавствовал если бы точнее понимал что предстоит делать.

Задача интересная, но много неизвестного. Что там в этой КЗ? Справочники и документы или проводки есть? План счетов такой как в 1С? Названия элементов справочников и пр. наполнение переводить будем? Какой критерий правильности переноса? Никогда не работал с китайским языком, нет ли там каких особенностей?
