We are looking for a specialist in information gathering and lead generation to form an up-to-date database of passenger carriers.
Objective
To collect a verified database of active carriers that provide passenger transport between Ukraine and European countries.
The first test route:
Ukraine — Poland.
Who needs to be found
- private and professional passenger carriers;
- owners of minibuses;
- small transport companies;
- carriers that regularly publish routes;
- carriers that operate through Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, websites, and specialized directories;
- preferably transport for 8–20 passenger seats.
Large bus companies are not the main priority.
Scope of the test task
To collect 100 unique active carriers.
Mandatory fields
For each carrier, the following must be specified:
- Company name, brand, or carrier's name.
- Main routes.
- Departure and arrival cities.
- Countries of operation.
- Type of transport.
- Number of passenger seats, if specified.
- Working phone number.
- Telegram, Viber, or WhatsApp, if available.
- Email, if available.
- Website.
- Facebook.
- Instagram.
- Link to the page, advertisement, or other source.
- Date of the last found activity.
- Short comment about the carrier.
- Relevance status: active, needs verification, or inactive.
Database requirements
- only unique entries;
- no duplicates;
- no random taxi drivers;
- no freight carriers;
- no outdated advertisements unless verified additionally;
- contacts must be taken from open business sources;
- each contact must have a source link;
- transferring purchased or old ready-made databases is prohibited;
- part of the information must be verified manually.
Possible sources
- Facebook groups and pages of carriers;
- Instagram;
- Google;
- Google Maps;
- official websites;
- Telegram channels and groups;
- Viber communities;
- specialized directories;
- advertisement sites for passenger transport;
- open state registers.
Result format
Google Sheets or Excel.
The table should be convenient for filtering by:
- country;
- route;
- city;
- type of transport;
- date of activity;
- availability of phone;
- availability of messenger;
- verification status.
Executor verification
In your response to the project, please indicate:
- Your experience in collecting B2B databases or leads.
- An example of similar work.
- From which sources you plan to search for carriers.
- How you will verify the relevance of contacts.
- How you will avoid duplicates.
- The cost of collecting 100 verified contacts.
- How many test contacts you are willing to show before starting the main work.
Preference will be given to executors who are ready to initially provide 5–10 test entries for the specified route.
