Information gathering for calls and sending letters — personal project for Denis Bilous

The person reworked everything 3 times and still ignored the requirements. It got tiring to explain every time what contacts are needed. Example: city civil protection department heads are needed (contacts). The performer wrote a list of all employees from 10 departments and says: "well, that's it, there are 200 contacts." Explained it 3 times and still to no avail. I advise thinking 3 times before giving a task.

There were certain misunderstandings, however, the client is not to blame for this.
