External sewage and drainage

The company LLC "Poli-Vektor" is looking for specialists or designers for the development of engineering network drawings in private houses.

We need specialists in the following areas:

— internal engineering networks of the house: water supply, sewage, heating, underfloor heating, technical rooms, equipment connection nodes;
— external sewage: routes from the house to the septic tank / treatment plant, inspection and turning wells, outlets, slopes, burial depths;
— stormwater drainage and drainage: collecting water from the roof, gutters, rainwater inlets, drainage wells, infiltration or accumulation solutions;
— external networks of the site: water supply, sewage, stormwater, drainage, laying routes on the site with reference to the house, terrain, and existing networks.

The main task is to prepare clear working drawings for implementation on the site, with reference to the actual conditions of the site, elevations, slopes, routing of networks, connection nodes, and specifications of main materials.

We expect from the specialist:

— experience in designing engineering networks for private houses;
— understanding of practical installation, slopes, elevations, inspections, wells, and technical nodes;
— ability to work with plans, topographic surveys, architectural drawings, and actual data from the site;
— ability to prepare drawings in PDF / DWG format;
— responsibility, attention to detail, and readiness to work in dialogue with the support team.

The format of cooperation is project-based, for specific objects.
The objects are mainly private houses and plots in the Kyiv region.
