Create a bot for checking links on FB
-
Sergiy, I congratulate you, I can create such a bot for your Google Doc: it will check the links on Facebook daily, determine if the post is published, and send a clear report. I have experience with parsing, monitoring, and Telegram bots, so I will immediately think through a stable architecture and error handling. If there is a desired report format and the "published" criterion — I will adapt and suggest the most convenient option.

650 2 0 Good day!
Bot analyzers with automatic reports are our specialized area, the task is clear.
What we will do:
- The bot reads your Google Doc on a schedule (via Google Docs API), collects uploaded FB links;
- Analyzes posts for publication (status, new entries);
- Daily generates and sends a report (Telegram / email — whichever is convenient for you);
… - Works autonomously, without manual control.
To get it right from the start, let's clarify just a couple of points:
- What exactly to check for posts — the fact of publication / availability, or also data (text, reach, likes)?
- Are these your FB pages (then via the official Graph API) or third-party posts via links?
- Where to send the daily report.
We constantly work with Google API and report automation — we will get in quickly. Details about the project and consultation — in private messages. Ready to start.

1945 7 0 Good day! I can create such a bot.
Let me clarify an important point: if the posts or groups are private, Facebook may restrict verification without access or authorization. This will need to be looked at separately. If the links are public, the task is usually easier to solve.
To assess, I need to understand:
- where the links are located: Google Docs or Google Sheets;
- approximately how many links there are;
- what kind of report is needed: just "published, not published" or also date, text, likes, comments;
- where to send the daily report.
-
648 4 0 1 I create parsers quickly and efficiently; all I need is 3 days of time. I will wrap the bot in a nice, user-friendly interface so you can see the work in real time.

1872 9 0 Stack 1 to 1 our: Python, Google Sheets/Docs API, Telegram bot on aiogram 3. We regularly do similar automation with data parsing, analysis, and daily reports. Cases: Winbix.AI (AI agents with data analysis and structuring, $2K MRR, 30+ paying clients), BrandSync AI (production pipeline with batch processing), BotFusion AI (bots with automation).
How I understood the task: there is a Google Doc with links to posts on Facebook, the bot should analyze the document for published posts and send a report daily.
Technical approach:
Document reading: we connect to Google Doc via Google Docs API (or Sheets API if the links are in a table), extract all links to FB posts.
Publication check: the bot checks the status of each post (published, available, deleted). Through Facebook Graph API if there is access to the page, or by checking the availability of links.
Daily report: on schedule (APScheduler or cron) the bot compiles a summary and sends it to Telegram: how many posts are in the doc in total, how many are published, new for the day, problematic (broken/deleted links).
Report format: customizable, I can make it broken down by dates, statuses, plus export if necessary.
I will clarify on the technical part to assess accurately:
Links in Google Doc (text document) or in Google Sheets (table)?
… What exactly does "analyze for published" mean: check that the link is live and the post is available, or do we need to extract post data (text, date, likes, reach)?
Is there access to the FB page through a business account (for Graph API), or are we only working with public links?
At what time should the daily report be sent and to whom (to you personally, in a group, channel)?
Quentar, a studio of 6 developers (UTC+2). We will allocate a Python developer for the project, and if necessary, we will involve the team.
Portfolio: winbixai.com/en/startups.
Guarantee: 30 days post-launch support with bug fixes at our expense.

457 Hello! We can help with the development of a bot for daily analysis of Google Docs / Google Sheets with links to Facebook posts and generating reports. We can implement: — connection to Google Docs / Sheets; — checking the list of links to Facebook; — determining which posts have already been published; — recording statuses for each link; — daily automatic report; — sending the report via Telegram or email; — logic for errors, duplicates, and missed posts. We are ready to discuss the document format, criteria for "published / not published," and the desired appearance of the daily report.

334 Hello! I understand the task: there is a Google Doc with links to Facebook; I need a bot that analyzes the doc, checks which posts are published/alive, and sends a report daily.
I will implement it in Python: reading the Google Doc via Google Docs/Drive API, checking the status of each link (published/deleted/unavailable), generating a daily report, and automatically sending it on schedule via Telegram or email.
Clarifications:
1. Are the posts public? If there are private posts or groups — access through the Meta Graph API will be needed, we will consider that separately.
2. Should the report be sent via Telegram or email? And what should be considered "published" — just the fact that the post is alive, or also metrics (likes/reach/comments)?
Proof: I write bots and automation in Python — recently built a trading bot for Bybit from scratch (real-time processing via WebSocket, Telegram notifications, web dashboard). I work through Safe.

1738 9 0 Hello. To implement such a bot, I would use integration through the Google Sheets API for reading data and the Facebook Graph API for validating publication statuses, which will reliably provide information about posts. The automation of data collection and analysis will be built on a serverless architecture for optimal resource usage and flexible scaling, focusing on query efficiency and handling potential errors. I have experience in developing similar monitoring and reporting systems, which allows me to utilize ready-made modules for API integrations and deployment, significantly speeding up the implementation process. This approach ensures the accuracy of daily reports and high stability of the bot's operation without unnecessary costs. I suggest discussing all implementation details, the final budget, and timelines in private messages.

1543 15 0 Good day. I can create such a bot.
If the posts are public – an MVP can be made quickly: Google Docs API + link verification + daily report in Telegram/email.
If you need to check private posts, groups, or collect likes/comments/reach – then access through the Meta API is required, which is a separate access issue.
Write to me, and we will discuss the details.

3880 15 0 Hello.
I have already done something similar but with a different source (not FB).
There is an array of links on the portal with articles - at the output, a doc document with a report.
Can you send a Google Doc with the links for analysis? Thank you.

937 5 0 1 Hello! I am Volodymyr, the founder of the engineering agency Vaysed. Your task of automating link monitoring and daily reporting is a great case for optimizing workflows, but it hides several serious technical nuances that are worth knowing in advance.
From the integration side with Google Docs, everything is quite clear. The bot can regularly read the content of your document through the official API, find links to Facebook, and compare them with its own database to track updates. If the document is maintained in a free text format, the script will have to analyze the entire array of text to accurately extract the links. Of course, structuring data in Google Sheets is usually easier, but we can set up stable reading for a standard text document as well.
The main complexity and the primary potential problem of this project lies in analyzing the Facebook links themselves. The Meta platform has extremely strict algorithms to protect against automated data collection and web scraping. If a regular bot starts to massively click on these links daily to check posts, Facebook will immediately block the server's IP address or simply hide the content behind a mandatory authorization window. To bypass these blocks, we will need to build a quality network layer that fully simulates the behavior of a real user, substitutes TLS fingerprints, and uses residential or mobile proxy servers.
Another issue is the dynamic layout of the Facebook site. The bot cannot simply check the server's response code, as the page is often loaded using JavaScript during the rendering process. The script will need to wait for the full rendering of the page elements and clearly identify whether the post is actually published and accessible to regular users, or if it is hidden or deleted by the author's warning.
After successfully collecting the information, the bot will store the verification results in the database and at the time you specify, will generate a neat, understandable report. You will receive notifications directly in Telegram, clearly indicating how many posts have been checked, which of them are functioning successfully, and which have encountered problems or access restrictions.
…
Our team regularly develops similar parsing and integration systems with cloud services. We know exactly how to bypass the protections of complex platforms and are ready to create a stable turnkey solution for you. 3088 31 0 Hello! I can easily automate this process in Python. I will set up a daily script that will read links from your Google Sheet, check the status of publications on Facebook (considering protection against blocks), and send a clear report to Telegram or update the status directly in the document. I have over 5 years of experience in similar parsing and working with APIs.
I am ready to discuss the details of the table structure and get started.

2044 23 0 Hello. Do you use a specific format or categories for links in Google Docs so that the bot can distinguish them?
I will clarify the terms and budget in personal correspondence.
1. I will set up the bot to regularly scan your Google Docs.
2. I will implement a check for each link to publish on Facebook.
3. I will set up daily automatic report generation with the analysis results.
Thank you for considering my proposal. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you!
