Суть звонилки нужно проверять балансы подарочных карт .
Информация на вход в програму это сами номера карт , дальше програма должна звонить через sip телефонию по постоянному номеру сервиса , переходить в нужную часть меню посредством нажатия цыфр на телефоне , переходя в нужный подотдел , после чего со стороны сервиса говорится 3 цыфры (програма должна распознавать голос и вводить эти 3 цыфры ) после чего мы вводин номер подарочной карты и в ответ голосом получаем баланс, который нужно с голоса конвертировать в цыфры , и перенести в текстовый файл ( также можно сохранять и голосом результат )
