The communication was excellent — I was kept informed about every stage of the work, received regular updates, and preview versions of the animations. The whole process felt very smooth and professional.

This was actually my second order, because after the first animation (which was amazing), I simply couldn’t resist coming back for more. The three animations perfectly captured the emotions of my avatar, exactly as I had imagined.
