The performer completely ignored the clear terms of the technical assignment, instead of the promised illustration, she made a template work that does not match either the style or the promises. Instead of three options, she sent one, did not make revisions, and due to certain communication difficulties, she ignored feedback, closed the project, received the money, and then completely deleted the result for which she was paid. Complete lack of customer orientation, respect for the client, and responsibility. My experience is extremely negative.
