Overall, I am satisfied with the collaboration. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain all access to the analytics. Also, unfortunately, we did not manage to achieve a return on advertising investments within the first 14 days of advertising. The product is expensive, and the advertising budget allocated for the test was not enough to sell even 1 unit. Although the website analytics showed 1 sale, it was absent in the client's CRM. In my opinion, the budget should have been increased, and the test should have continued, as all indicators were more than satisfactory, and the cost per "add to cart" was acceptable. Most likely, we did not hit the "decision-making cycle" for purchasing within the 14-day testing period.

The technical specifications for all banners were not provided at once, but were given gradually, which is strange 🙂
The biggest downside is that the material for work in high quality was not provided, so I had to search for all product photos additionally on the internet, further process them, upscale them, and cut them out from the background.
The corrections regarding the banners are reasonable!
They requested additional resizes, which were supposedly mentioned at the beginning, but were not specified initially))
As for the logo, you will be surprised, but besides the banners, I had to create 6 additional logo variants for this budget.
The approval of the layouts, as I understood, was not done directly by the client, but through the marketing department.
Executing such a project costs more, but once again I started working before all materials and a complete technical specification were provided.
Payment was delayed by 1 day.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to complete the task within the scope of this project. There were delays in transferring access and responses during the process, and at the final stage, we faced technical limitations from Google. Despite this, some of my recommendations proved useful for further adjustments by the client's technical specialist. Communication was polite and correct.

Grigory Brusilo is a good client. He describes and specifies the necessary corrections in the project, knows what he needs, and has a clearly defined goal.
