For the client, it was important to reduce the budget, and he quite reasonably agreed to give up part of the services for this. Yuriy is a demanding client, it was interesting to work with him. That is why we agreed on further cooperation.

I strongly do not recommend working with this client.

The conditions were simple: translation of 13 pages of PDF (without formatting), agreed budget — 500 UAH, format — Word. The PDF was filled with text, so I completed the translation without preserving the formatting and images — just as specified in the terms of reference.

After submitting the project, the client switched to a rude tone (CAPS LOCK), demanded to abandon the project, and repeatedly questioned my qualifications, calling me "of very low qualification." I agreed to make free revisions, but the client insisted on an impossible 1:1 reproduction of the layout — and even demanded to "squeeze" a table that physically does not fit on the page. I significantly reduced the font size and tested different formats, but this did not satisfy the client. Communication was unpredictable — responses came with significant delays, and the project dragged on for 10 days.

In summary: an order that was supposed to be a quick translation for 500 UAH took ten times more time and nerves than the project's worth.

Recommendation: think carefully before starting cooperation — insist on a clear terms of reference regarding everything, discuss payment for additional revisions. If you are not ready to work under conditions of constant complaints and slow communication — steer clear of this client.

Collaboration with Iryna went wonderfully. The task was clearly described, and we agreed on all the details before starting the work. Payment was made on time, including the completion of the project for the transfer of funds to replenish the advertising campaign budget. Communication was easy and quick, and all questions were resolved promptly.

The task turned out to be somewhat more complicated than it initially seemed. Because of this, an increase in the project budget was agreed upon with the client. Overall, everything went well, but due to certain specifics of the task verification, the client extended the project deadline several times, which delayed the payment. I recommend the client for collaboration.
