A pleasant and polite client. The project, unfortunately, did not end quite well due to my misunderstanding of the final result. However, Mr. Ivan is an understanding, patient, and fair man. Therefore, we easily reached a compromise and concluded our collaboration on a positive note. I recommend working with him!

Contact is not just zero, it is negative. The client only reaches out once a day, throws something in, and disappears. Sometimes they don't respond at all, just read and leave! They can't provide all the names and all the edits at once, they give everything little by little, a project that could have been finished in a couple of days has turned into some kind of long-term construction, it took more than 10 days because the client doesn't care about you and your time at all. Every time the client comes up with something new, they can't send all the materials at once, they get stuck somewhere and find something new to insert that wasn't in the initial materials. The client doesn't even know what their residential complexes are called! They then change the names a hundred times, which they themselves provided at the beginning and said to use as folder names!! After the final version was approved and I sent the final video, the next day they told me to add contacts for each residential complex in the video, and this was not in the initial terms of reference!! In response to my comments, they wrote "not everything can be anticipated in the terms of reference," meaning to add 7 more overlays with different pop-up text, and completely redo the video is just, well, what's the big deal. This, along with zero contact, terms of reference that are issued haphazardly, and sometimes incomprehensible edits (and asking for clarification takes another day) is just beyond the pale. I highly do not recommend this client, it's better to work with others.

Thank you for the interesting project. Overall, everything is very good - both the task and the payment. There was just a moment with very long communication, it took 3 days to approve the project, and after approval, another 3 days to close the project. But the client had personal circumstances, when they got in touch everything was closed, without revisions. I hope for cooperation in the future.

It was necessary to redo the work after the first version and search the internet for something that met the client's requirements. The client also takes a bit long to provide feedback, but this was communicated beforehand. Overall, collaboration is possible - just try to clarify all the details right away to avoid having to redo the layout later.
