Despite the conversions obtained, the client claimed that there were no results, but did not provide specific feedback on this. Communication was irregular, and the client could disappear for several days, which slowed down the work process.

The request was for visualization, and during the work, I had to be both a visualizer (until the person makes a decision, not according to the request) and a designer and an advisor. When you say that you are only a visualizer, which was the request, they tell you that you also have to act as a designer and an advisor until the person makes a decision, not according to the plan that was sent at the beginning of the collaboration. They also start saying how bad you are and how poorly you are doing the work, and everything is wrong, even though up to that moment the comments were: "super, cool, nice."
