Looking at the ratings, reviews and work I chose to cooperate with Dmitry.The work began with the fact that Dmitry himself specified the deadlines and himself violated them, after a week when the work was to be done (and according to his deadlines I didn’t set them), nothing was done, but Dmitry, referring to personal problems said that he would further correct my opinion about it, also offering a discount of 20%.Of course I understand that there may be some problems and it has been a long time (now already thinking it was probably a bad thing and just a person was doing another project, since then, when my project just started to be done, Dmitry had new reviews).We still started work, in the work process was not all fast, the work was done with errors defects, I understand so because the executor parallelly had another 5-6 projects, there was a lot of straight, of course in my interest that the site looked normal and quality, so I was very and very much spending time checking, but I think that the executor should at least a little respect the customer and check his work, there were straight that were not done immediately and then I still reminded them.Then obviously realizing that the process of work and the attitude of this to the customer is not normal, Dmitry began to offer different options (that if I close the project and leave a good review will be the site a month to say and even free to give it already, but that only the review was positive), instead of simply performing the work qualityly, not reacting to these proposals I wanted to perform the work as it is set and finally everything is done.Dmitry all thinking only about the recall, apparently, turned to the arbitration, that act I didn’t understand at all, and began to accuse me there that I had too many rectangles, calling them “rectangles” (but rectangles—this is the correction of his own work), and after all, realizing apparently that with this he doesn’t get anything all corrected, and quickly.I did not agree to the dividend of funds and the closure of the project through arbitration, as I wanted the work to be done and to leave a fair and fair feedback.
Working with Dmitry is a “American horse”, it’s unknown what to expect.The work was done in the end, “sicked” can be said.The site itself I am pleased, I hope it will continue to work well, but such attitude to the customer and approach to the work is simply unacceptable.I leave a review not for what to break the rating, but for future customers who, just as I look at the ratings and reviews, thinking they are real and deserved!And also for the executive himself, so that he should think and change his attitude to the customer and approach to the work!
