Maybe for a long time not to respond to the messages, I even had to close the project as incomplete because of this, and then cancel it through the support. After that incident, Ruslan began to get in touch correctly. Plus, I can say that the communication went correctly from the Russian side, despite the problems arising and a large number of requests to the routes from my side.
