Contact freelancer, everything was done quickly, but due to holidays a significant delay came out from our side and this led to misunderstanding.On the one hand, we really took a long break because of holidays, but at that time I proposed to pay before the end of the feedback, the freelancer refused and said it didn’t burn, but eventually turned to the arbitration.On the one hand, it’s quite an expected turn, but I don’t understand why then she refused to pay earlier (with the condition that I’m crying now, and the feedback will be later, after holidays).I think this is a single-time problem and with other customers it will be different, but specifically in my case the experience has become medium.There were more claims about the quality of work.It was necessary to record the military in Russian, but on the record clearly heard the Ukrainian accent, we will not be able to use this stamp and we will have to hire someone else for this job.In fact, it was part of the problem with a delay from our side, trying to figure out how to detail the directions, but in the end the freelancer turned to the arbitration, and it became clear that it would be easier to find someone else.Also in the text was a few words in English, the freelancer sounded consumer as a consAmer, it also deteriorated the quality of work.I think my negative experience was rather a coincidence, and that you can work with it to record the videos in Ukrainian, in Russian it is worth recording only if the audience is not from the Russian Federation (i.e.There is a significant accent).And if there is a big team on your side, and it takes a long time to confirm the record (until everyone hears, gives their feedback, etc.), then it is worth informing her in advance so that there is no misunderstanding as in my case.
