Что хотелось бы улучшить: доступность к оперативной связи в течении проекта в рабочее время (телефон или мессенджеры), разумная забота о конечном результате, а не следование каждой букве задания — особенно если это требует минимум времени, начать выполнять задание сразу, а не откладывать на последний день. Иначе сроки и качество — это заслуга руководителя проектов ценой лишних дополнительных усилий.
