Разработчик хорошо выполняет поставленные задачи в том случае если они прямые ( "сделать меньше кнопку", "поменяй цвет на желтый", "добавь стрелочку", "здесь должно светиться" и тд. ), но слаб в выполнении задачи самостоятельно, ссылаясь на индивидуальность восприятия результата. Рекомендую исполнителя только тем кто ТОЧНО знает чего и как хочет в своем дизайне, если же вам нужно что бы для вас РАЗРАБОТАЛИ дизайн, стоит задуматься.
