В качестве пожелания - баги было бы неплохо оформлять не просто списком, а сделать документ/таблицу, чтобы скриншот сразу был прикреплен к описанному багу.

Plus, since they worked with a direct deal, and a 50% prepaid, they demanded additional payment ahead before the deal was completed, which again a lot of time and nerves were killed for communication. The small task eventually turned into a long and tortuous procedure of letters and agreements.
But in general, the work was finally done. And contact at the level is always in contact.
Recommendation to the executive - change the attitude to the customer, not always you are trying to divorce and fool, just want the work to be done quality...
