However, there were also quite a few negative aspects to the collaboration. In my subjective opinion, the contractor is not sufficiently competent in the work they take on, the project was delivered with slight delays and not entirely satisfactory quality, with many visual defects, some technical bugs, and when asked about the technical work of the product, they could not provide a clear answer.

Overall, I would recommend the collaboration, but it is worth ensuring that there is indeed competence in your area of concern.
