Report after 3 months of collaboration
Three months of work are completed. Grateful to Anton for the cooperation — conversions are happening, although their cost remains quite high. Attempts to optimize campaigns to consistently generate leads on a regular basis have not yet succeeded. At the same time, the results of the last two weeks have become more interesting and more stable, which gives hope for further improvement.
Anton is always in touch, responds promptly to changes, and makes adjustments. During the collaboration, we have gathered a large history of tests, and now have a clearer understanding of what works and what doesn’t. I hope that these developments will allow us to achieve the best results in the next month.
I plan to continue the collaboration into the 4th month — it will be crucial in deciding the future work. Main expectations: full campaign optimization, stable influx of clients, and significant reduction in lead cost.
Regarding areas I consider to be shortcomings — the campaign worked with a minimal budget for almost a week, which allowed only 1–2 sales, although we discussed a target of 5 sales per day. However, overall, the other aspects were well implemented — professional understanding of processes, appropriate skill level, constant communication, consultations, and support.
