The freelancer absolutely cannot read the technical assignment, does not understand how to work with light, cannot see references and adapt them.

The person was given extra time, the budget was increased, but in the end I receive incredibly poor work. At the same time, they were asked in advance: "Please make an effort, we increased your budget and gave you more time," despite the banners going beyond all deadlines.

As a result, I was given work with a clearly weak concept that does not fit the banner format at all. This is work that cannot be used anywhere, it is bad in every way:

No play with light and gradients.

The banner lacks meaning and concept.

The hand covers the program interface — what the freelancer was trying to express with this is completely unclear.

After 3-4 hours of explanation, revisions, and a 30-minute call with clarifications, the person was able to make a banner (image №2), which already looks significantly better.

But I had to explain many things, and the situation reached absurdity:

The banner is empty, gradients or shapes need to be added.

The image does not fit the overall style.

This gradient is not suitable; it only breaks the banner.

All this time, the person was simply working with the mindset: "Leave me alone, I want to close the deal as quickly as possible." The fact that the image does not fit the background, that shapes and text look bad, that gradients and light are missing — the freelancer did not care. When I asked him to send a test image, his response was: "What difference does it make if it meets the technical assignment?" — this is the approach I received during the dialogue with the freelancer. This banner cannot be placed anywhere, it does not look attractive, it does not match the references that were provided. The freelancer does not care at all.

Absolutely poor service. I spend my time trying to help the person correct his mistakes, and in response, he writes that he spent too much time on me. My time as a client does not matter to him. Let me remind you, I need the work to look beautiful, and the freelancer's task is simply to close the deal as quickly as possible.

The agreement was as follows: three banners were planned for the initial development. I asked to make one first so that I could correct the style if needed. But in the end, the person immediately made three banners in a terrible style.

Deadlines — the freelancer asked for extra time for the order, they were given time, but in the end, he started making banners on the last day.

The task was quite large, completed in full. The performer listened to the wishes and quickly made changes if they were necessary. During the preparation of the materials, he proposed his own creative solutions.
