The 3D model was provided without materials, meaning the bottle model exists, but it is not glass. It was not provided because he said it was his "trade secret." Accordingly, to continue working and create new renders, I am forced to turn to another designer.

Thank you for the collaboration. The work was completed efficiently and on time according to the technical specifications. Several logo options were proposed, which allowed us to choose the best solution, which was refined to achieve the desired result.

What can I say about working with this freelancer?

I have approached him for the second time for targeted advertising setup services. I have a rather complex niche, or the targeting specialist does not fully understand how to work with it. It seemed that we were really working: a lot of correspondence, ideas, creatives, different approaches — everything looked serious.

The freelancer helped create a Facebook ad account, even organized the purchase of an account, and we launched ads without any blocks. There are no questions here — everything was clear and professional.

But the most important thing is the result. And, unfortunately, there was none. For the second time.

I especially want to highlight two points that did not satisfy me:
1. Low advertising budgets. This situation was the same the first time — the budgets were very limited, and I constantly asked to increase them. But, in essence, they did not increase. The same story repeated itself now. At the same time, I had a course launch, and I urgently needed to gather an audience. We tested ads on posts, on Reels, on photo creatives, on expert videos that I recorded specifically for the launch. But all of this, in fact, did not yield a tangible result. I tracked traffic and clicks through ManyChatBot, as well as manually — and there were indeed very few people. For me, this is a clear signal that the advertising campaign did not work, despite the freelancer considering it successful.
2. Imbalance in cost. I paid less for traffic than for the specialist's work. And I received less than 100 followers on Instagram for $800. I consider this an extremely low result, especially considering the goals we set.

Overall, the freelancer is responsible, available, polite, and engaged. But, unfortunately, for the second time in a row, I did not get the result I came for. Therefore, in the future, I will most likely not collaborate again.
