A lot of clarifying questions started coming in as the deadline approached, as he did not carefully familiarize himself with the task during the assessment, even though all materials were provided and there was a willingness to answer his questions. As a result, he started the task without a full understanding of what would be needed from him. When the list of revisions came in, instead of engaging in a constructive dialogue about what from the list would be done for an additional fee and what would not, he unnecessarily started to argue. He did not complete the items from the list that he agreed to until the rest was coordinated with the final client, which ultimately significantly stretched the project deadlines. Due to the final client's inability to check everything on time + all of the above, the project deadline was extended by 1.5 months instead of 1 week, which dissatisfied everyone, including the performer himself, leading him to refuse further cooperation.

If you decide to work with Dmitry, you will need to think through the technical specification down to the smallest details and fully explain everything to him yourself. Otherwise, expect to fight for every revision for months (for example, changing the text in the bot's message). And do not hope that there is anything obvious in your technical specification. If your project requires something specific to be redone, then another part of the project may simply disappear because you did not specify that it needed to be kept.

Conclusion: if you are 1000% sure of your technical specification, you can collaborate with Dmitry.
