The team has done truly tremendous work. This is no longer a superficial "design audit," but a deep analysis of the product with an understanding of marketplace logic, UX, user trust, and real usage scenarios.
What I especially liked is that the audit is built not around "pretty pictures," but around:
— conversion
— ease of ad submission
— speed of user actions
— trust in the platform
— marketplace UX logic
It is very valuable that you did not take the path of "complete redesign for the sake of redesign," but provided a practical and realistic approach:
* preserve the strengths of the current system
* gradually standardize the interface
* build a component architecture
* improve key user scenarios
I want to highlight separately:
* deep analysis of the Create flow
* attention to mobile UX
* comments on trust/UI
* understanding of AI generation issues
* prioritization of P1/P2 tasks
* an adequate product mindset, not just a Figma approach
It is clear that the audit was conducted by people who understand:
* how marketplaces work
* where conversion is lost
* why users do not complete submissions
* how minor UX errors affect trust and sales
For us, this is a very useful foundation for the further development of AliBord. We received a large number of strong insights that can realistically be implemented in the product.
At the same time, I particularly appreciated that you honestly pointed out the limitations of the current stage of the audit, rather than trying to "cover everything in one document." This builds trust and demonstrates a professional approach.
Thank you for the work done. The material turned out to be truly strong, structured, and useful for the further scaling of the platform.
