Sport Time is a sports Telegram channel that we worked with for 4 months.
Main tasks:
Develop the channel
Set up technical aspects [auto-welcome bot, analytics bot]
Build loyalty and recognition not just as another channel, but as a brand
Pitfalls:
This niche is very unpredictable because the main traffic comes during sporting events, which are not that frequent. The main pitfall is the small market, and therefore traffic acquisition cannot be constant. There were difficulties with the amount of traffic that could be attracted, but we managed.
What was done:
1. Elevated to the top and increased brand recognition
2. Established partnerships with top bookmakers who regularly purchased advertising placements
[Unfortunately, at this moment the channel was stolen from the owner, and therefore we stopped collaborating with it]
Strategy:
Overall, the strategy was to buy up all possible adequate traffic for top events. The task is not very easy, as the market is very small and advertising needs to be booked at least a month in advance. But we handled this task quite confidently and often bought up almost the entire market, and thanks to the overflow, we received a very good price per application. Overall, the overflow was managed by the owners; we were responsible for finding clients for the overflow, but the average overflow percentage ranged from 55 to 70%, which is very good. We did not include the overflow in the application price because the data was not preserved, but if we had, the price would have been at least twice as low.
