The challenge was the high competition in the insurance niche, where many companies actively use advertising. The task was to distinguish the service from competitors by offering a clear and beneficial solution for clients.
Strategy and Approach
To achieve the goal and increase the number of applications, the following steps were implemented:
- Analyzed the target audience considering the needs and demands of different customer segments.
- Created creatives emphasizing the key advantages of the service.
- Set up targeting for the most interested audiences.
- Launched retargeting to re-engage users who visited the website but didn’t submit an application.
- Tested different ad formats to determine the most effective ones.
