I am a professional accountant with an economic and legal education. I have over 20 years of work experience:
* Organization and comprehensive support of accounting, tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine for legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs with different tax systems and types of activities: wholesale, retail trade, services (transportation, rental, and other services) and different tax systems (general with VAT / without VAT, simplified system: 1,2,3 groups with VAT / without VAT).
* Experience in supporting a company from registration, restoration of accounting for past periods.
* Organization, maintenance of accounting, analysis and control of the economic and financial activities of the enterprise, structural units.
* Control and preparation for signing economic and financial contracts.
* Formation of the accounting policy of the enterprise in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine based on the structure and features of the enterprise's activities.
* Organization and conduct of all economic operations in the accounting registers, preparation of primary documents for all accounting areas.
* Registration/closure/changes in the register of individual entrepreneurs;
* Consultations on the choice of tax system (simplified or general);
* Selection of KVED codes;
* Accounting for individual entrepreneurs (1,2,3 groups) under general or simplified tax systems;
* Preparation of primary accounting document forms for which standard forms are not provided.
* Work with client-bank;
* VAT accounting, registration of tax invoices.
* Organization, maintenance and control of personnel accounting of the enterprise, calculation of wages, vacation pay, sick leave, maternity leave;
* Organization and control of cash discipline of the enterprise: registration, re-registration, removal from the register of RRO/PRRO, formation and control of staff work.
* Compilation and submission of accounting, tax, statistical and internal reporting of the enterprise.
* Verification, restoration of accounting, correction of errors for past periods and submission of clarifying reports for past periods.
* Support of planned, unplanned, actual and other checks by supervisory authorities.
* Knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework of Ukrainian legislation.
