AI agent for lead qualification and synchronization with CRM

Developed an automated lead processing system for a B2B SaaS company.

The client received applications through a form on Wix — each was processed manually. Response time: 2–6 hours.

What was done:
— Webhook receives the application instantly
— Data is stored in Google Sheets
— The team receives notifications in Telegram
— Lead is automatically created in Zoho CRM
— AI model evaluates the lead: hot / warm / cold
— The lead is added to the appropriate list in Klaviyo

Result: processing time reduced from 6 hours to 30 seconds. Zero manual work.
