Designed and built a multi-agent AI automation system for a B2B performance marketing agency to automate lead qualification, conversation analysis, and sales performance monitoring.

Problem: Sales managers manually handled inbound leads, qualified prospects, and updated the CRM, resulting in inconsistent BANT qualification, limited visibility into conversation quality, and no automated reporting for sales performance.

Solution: Developed an end-to-end workflow using n8n, OpenAI GPT, Zoho CRM, PostgreSQL, Google Sheets, and Telegram Bot API.

The system consists of three AI agents:

• Lead Capture Agent engages website visitors in real-time, collects BANT information (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), captures contact details, and automatically creates qualified leads in Zoho CRM.

• Qualification Analyst retrieves conversation history from PostgreSQL, evaluates each interaction using AI, identifies communication patterns and improvement opportunities, assigns a quality score (0–100), and stores the analysis in Google Sheets.

• Sales Analyst Agent combines CRM pipeline data with conversation analytics to generate daily executive summaries and detailed sales reports, automatically delivered via Telegram.

The project also included custom prompt engineering, structured AI outputs, CRM integration, chat memory management, automated reporting, and scalable n8n workflow design.
