The procurement process on the existing site was time-consuming and required the participation of a large number of employees.
It was necessary to create a convenient tender platform that would help control all stages of cooperation with contractors and keep the necessary documentation even after the completion of the transaction.
The first step is an analysis of competitors' tender sites and writing technical specifications.
The second step is to create of a tender platform, that allow to conduct tenders (including storing of closed tenders and functionality to renew tenders in 2 clicks) in real time, collect documentation, and also maintain a database of contractors.
The third step is creating a functionality for auction on this platform and technical support with further revisions of clients request.
We created a great instrument that allows to conduct tenders or auctions fully automatizing this process for our client.
