AliExpress product parser on C# + Selenium

It was necessary to write a parser for the AliExpress site that will be able to perform the search for goods by the specified keyword, such as "women pajamas", to filter the found goods by the specified parameters, and to save the result of work in the .csv file.
In addition, in the future, a feature was attached that allows you to download a list of goods IDs, and then check if these goods are undergoing a filter check.
