Telegram Bot + sending messages to Telegram

A brief tz to this project:
1) The ability to enter multiple telegram accounts (sessions) in the program
2) The ability to use proxy
3) Start sending messages to the specified groups
4) Writing bots of telegrames that can add/delete tasks to send messages

All TZ points were successfully completed.
