About the project:
Client – a private school in Malta that conducts **robotics and electronics classes for children**. This is a repeat client, I have been working with them for several months, but they wanted to launch children's classes as well. According to the agreement, we cannot disclose the project name, but we can share the results. The main problem of the school is – **lack of new students for Robotics and Electronics classes**: the directions have already been launched, but **the groups were empty**.

Request

The task seemed simple: fill two groups of 6 children each.
- Electronics – 15 euros for 40 minutes
- Robotics – 20 euros for 60 minutes

Classes are held on Saturdays, one after the other — so parents can sign up their child for both directions immediately.

Problems:
First challenge – content.
The school only had a few low-quality photos, filming videos or doing studio shoots was not possible. This complicated creating creatives even in a simple "static" format, not to mention videos, but we found a solution))

Solution:
We took a testing approach for everything:
— landing pages: lead form, WhatsApp, quiz form
— creative formats: static ads based on available materials, video clips with subtitles
— offers that appeal to intellectual development, Saturday leisure, small groups, etc.

Videos were taken from stock footage, and we came up with the offers ourselves. For example, our audience liked the offer “Your child will learn to assemble a robot in 2 sessions”

The best result was achieved with a combination:
–> Video with subtitles + Quiz form with age and direction clarification

This approach provided the lowest cost per lead and a **high conversion rate of about 30% into sign-ups**.

Result:
Advertising budget: $262.41
Number of inquiries: 52
Average cost per inquiry: $5.04
Number of sign-ups: FULL (12/12), but read to the end!

Let’s move a bit to the chronology and WHY IT'S WORTH TESTING:
If you look at the screenshot from bottom to top, you can see how the results improved.
In the first ~$120, we didn’t get a single sign-up because we were testing what works best. Static + lead form/WhatsApp/QUIZ. Then we decided to test video, and it worked!

Start date of the successful launch: 23.01.2025. Within a week, we enrolled 12 children, and by 01.02.2025, the group was fully booked.
We turned off the ads, and since then, the client has not requested to restart them because he has a GREAT product that is recommended.

Let’s calculate the money made during this time))
14 sessions * ((6 children * 15 euros) + (6 children * 20 euros)) = 2940 EURO

And all this with only $262 spent.
