AMCU canceled the disqualification: a contract for 190 million has been signed

During an open tender for the construction of wells, the customer unjustifiably disqualified my client, formally clinging to personnel certificates and proof of experience. To protect the interests of the business, I analyzed the rejection protocol, formed a comprehensive legal position, and filed a complaint with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), proving that the customer's decision was disproportionate and violated the principles of fair competition.

The AMCU commission fully supported our arguments. The customer was obliged to cancel the illegal disqualification and restore the participant's rights. As a result, the client successfully returned to the bidding process and signed a contract worth over 190 million UAH, which has now been fully executed.
