In each document there is a separate column, in the cells of which there is a text description. In each description there are phone numbers, which you need to extract separately into the neighboring column.

It is important that in each cell the size of the text is different, and the numbers of the phones have different locations (can be, both at the beginning and at the end of the description), plus this number of different parties (i.e., can be different number of numbers and the beginning of codes).
