Performed comprehensive manual exploratory testing of an AI-powered mobile application with a strong focus on client-backend communication and OpenAI API integration. Tested AI conversations, chat history persistence, network failure handling, application state recovery, subscription flows, free usage limits, performance, and overall stability across real-world user scenarios.In addition to functional testing, conducted a product and UX audit aimed at improving usability and business efficiency. Provided actionable recommendations to optimize AI interactions, reduce unnecessary API requests and OpenAI costs, improve subscription conversion and monetization transparency, enhance error handling, and strengthen the overall user experience. All findings were documented in detailed bug reports including reproduction steps, impact analysis, and practical recommendations for future product improvements.
