Architectural Design of Private House | ArchiCAD | BIM | 3D Modeling

This project represents a complete architectural design of a private residential house with garage and mansard floor, developed in ArchiCAD as a full BIM model with spatial coordination and future construction implementation in mind.

The model includes architectural planning, structural logic, and detailed 3D visualization.



First Floor

Garage with boiler room: 25.9 m²
Main living area: 79 m²
Covered rear terrace: 23 m²

The first floor includes:

– kitchen
– fitness room
– billiard room (American pool)
– dining room with terrace access
– bay window panoramic area
– bathroom with shower
– garage with internal access to the house
– boiler room with access to garage and backyard



Second Floor

Total area: 123 m²

The second floor includes:

– three bedrooms, each with private balcony
– panoramic arched windows
– skylight window in each bedroom
– two walk-in closets
– spacious bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, toilet, and bidet



The project was developed as a coordinated BIM model, providing:

– correct spatial geometry
– structural consistency
– readiness for working drawings development
– direct construction implementation capability
